Deposits and Refund Policy It is our policy to request a deposit in order to confirm a session with a practitioner at one of our clinics. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Our usual practice is to take the deposit by card over the telephone, and to include your receipt with a letter confirming the date and time of your appointment. If you wish to change a confirmed appointment you should call us on 020 8948 1248 as soon as possible. If you call 48 hours or more before your appointment the deposit will be carried forward to your new appointment or refunded if you decide not to re-book. If you give less than 48 hours notice the deposit is forfeited as we will be unable to book in a new patient to fill the session. Shipping Products If you order products from the site, such as vitamin and mineral supplements, they will normally be shipped on the next working day and should reach you within two or three days.
