We are looking for a warm, friendly and motivated person to help us run our busy weight loss and nutrition clinic just 80 metres from Richmond train and tube.

You will cover reception, help with marketing, sales and patient retention. To give our patients the experience we expect you will be:
- friendly, smiley and attentive
- professional in following our procedures
- computer literate with experience of MS Office and customer management systems
- speak fluent English
- have experience of handling payments by cash and credit card

You will also look after our doctors and nutritional consultants by managing their diaries, keeping their consulting rooms well stocked and tidy and introducing each patient to them.

We rely on you to run the clinic single-handed after training so you should be self-sufficient, punctual and reliable.

The role involves working on two days per week, Wednesday 11:30 am to 7:30pm amd Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm. You should live within easy commuting distance of Richmond.

Salary is £8 per hour plus profit sharing bonus. Staff discounts, pension scheme and 4 weeks pro rata holiday.

There is a great opportunity for the right person to progress to Practice Manager.
